Construction management and general contracting services
Full service consulting from design review to on site oversite and evaluation. If your considering building and energy efficient home and already have a builder but would like to incorporate efficient materials or methods we can consult on your project. Heat load and loss calculations for efficient homes is critical for proper sizing of the HVAC systems, most contractors or suppliers use rules of thumb and do not do complete calculations for efficient homes, The result is some system being installed that are two or three times larger than needed and as a result are very inefficient.
